The International Society for Frontotemporal Dementias (ISFTD) is proud to recognize the support of the Association for Frontotemporal Degeneration (AFTD). Their generous $250,000 grant will enable ISFTD to transition to professional management and will strengthen the infrastructure and strategic direction of the Society.
Together, ISFTD and AFTD are united in vision and action. Through our shared commitment to collaboration and progress, we work to accelerate diagnosis, advance global education, and expand access to meaningful care for individuals and families affected by frontotemporal dementias.
This grant opens a new era for ISFTD. We have secured an association management company, optimized our infrastructure and communications, and revitalized our mission and vision. Our exciting strategic plan will guide our work from 2025 and beyond, laying the foundation for a sustainable impact across science, care, and community.
We are very grateful for AFTD’s support to ISFTD and their investment in the field of frontotemporal dementia. We look forward to a continued collaboration to advance our shared mission.
